- So, what's this about?
Welcome to imaketees, a digital download store offering high quality Photoshop templates for creating beautiful product mock-ups. Each template contains realistic shadow and highlight layers, plus a multitude of different colours. Simply pop your apparel design on the relevant layer and admire your handy-work!
- How will I receive my files?
Downloads are automated, and will be delivered to your email address upon clearance of payment. Deliverables will be sent to the address linked to your Paypal address. If you need the files sending to an alternative address, please send an email to hello@tomneal.me after purchasing.
- What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital files, and the possibility of internet file-sharing, imaketees does not offer refunds on any purchases made. If you have mistakenly ordered wrong template/s, the correct one/s will be emailed to you upon request.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
